Who we are
Kangaroo Training & Coaching was founded in 2008 by Marjolein Gerritsen. Marjolein started her career in recruitment at Computer Futures Solutions BV, part of the SThree group. After building her reputation in recruitment, she was asked to set up the international training department. For three years, she travelled between locations in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and England to deliver training and coaching to trainee recruitment consultants, recruitment consultants, senior recruitment consultants, team leaders and managers. In addition, she developed three successful training programmes for the organisation: recruitment and sales skills for junior and intermediate recruitment consultants and management skills for junior managers. Marjolein speaks fluent English, Dutch, French and German.
Since 2008 Marjolein has been working for several national and international recruitment companies, that she supports through training, coaching or a combination of both. Besides her extensive knowledge of the recruitment branch and the different elements of the job, Marjolein distinguishes herself as a trainer with her enthusiasm, passion for the role, creativity, clear explanations and the interaction she creates during the training and coaching sessions.

Our way of working
We conduct the first –free– intake by telephone or, when possible, face-to-face. The aim of this conversation is to get a good impression of your organisation, employees and way of working. We also use this as an opportunity to establish a detailed understanding of your objectives and the subsequent training needs. Together we decide which approach best matches your situation and budget. Following the intake, you receive a proposal, which includes an detailed overview of our cooperation and the investment involved.
